Steve Hodowsky
Steve Hodowsky is an artist living in Palm Desert, CA USA. He attended School of Visual Arts in New York, NY USA where he lived for many years before moving to Los Angeles. Inspired by his wife Sallie, he began painting structures and the in-between empty spaces that define the hodge-podge of LA architecture. Starting out at flea markets, he was "discovered" by the influencer Patt Morrison of KCET/Los Angeles Times and was featured in the Sunday LA Times Magazine in a story entitled "LA's Court Painters". Following that were gallery shows at Bergamot Station in Santa Monica and a continuing run at the bi-yearly Beverly Hills ArtShow.
